Las Palmas and Bandama crater
We’ll begin in Vegueta, founded in the 15th century. Its narrow streets and attractive town square are home to some fantastic sites, such as the Casa de Colon, a colonial-style mansion with exhibits about the history of the Canary Islands and their link with the New World. We’ll continue on to the Bandama Caldera, a volcanic crater that reaches 1,867 feet above sea level (569 m). Enjoy the breathtaking views of the scenery and the crater below from the observation point.
